Conversion works well, ID tag part is buggy

I purchased this software to replace SoundConverter, which closes down on me.

The part of the software that converst audio files works pretty well, although it doesnt do normalization.

The part thats supposed to add ID tags doesnt work. There are parts missing and some of the text is truncated.
