Should have bought this first

Using this to export iTunes music for non-apple devices.

In iTunes I open the playlist I made for the device, and drag all the items to a new folder. Most of mul files are apple lossless. Then in this app I convert to a lower bitrate MP3 and have it arrange by Artist/Folder names. Then I copy that to my player. Works like a charm.

I like that it can run up to 8 threads with lets me maximize my quad-core machine.
